The Law Offices of Michael E Fingerman limits its practice to Divorce, Child and Spousal Support, Equitable Distribution of Marital Property, Alimony, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Adoption, Child Custody and related Family Law matters. Mr. Fingerman also is certified as an Arbitrator and as a Mediator in Matrimonial matters.

The principal attorneys are Michael E Fingerman, Lise A Fisher and Eileen G. Murphy.

Mr. Fingerman has been practicing Family Law for over 30 years, and is listed in the latest editions of both "Philadelphia Magazine" and the book The Best Lawyers in America under best Family Law Attorneys - Philadelphia/United States - where he has been listed for the past 20 consecutive years.  In 2011, he was named the Philadelphia area Family Lawyer of the Year.  He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a former Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Family Law Section and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  Mr. Fingerman also is certified both as an Arbitrator and Mediator in Matrimonial matters, and is a frequent author and lecturer in the field both locally and nationally.

Ms. Fisher has been practicing Family Law for over 20 years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a past Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Family Law Section.  Ms. Fisher is a former Council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Family Law Section, and also is a frequent author and lecturer in the field.

Ms. Murphy served as a Law Clerk for two Judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and spent the following year with a boutique Family Law practice in Philadelphia.  Ms. Murphy is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association Family Law Sections.
